In 2021, the airport received and dispatched 75,854 flights (of which 64,507 were international and 11,347 were domestic), which is 68.5% of the 2019 figures.
The top ten destinations with the largest passenger traffic included Antalya, Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, Istanbul, Dubai, Tel Aviv, Amsterdam, Dalaman, Ankara and Odessa.
According to the General Director of Boryspil Airport, Alexei Dubrevsky, in 2021 the airport's passenger traffic accounted on 83% compared to 2020.
