Dear ladies and gentlemen!

On behalf of the World Tourism Cities Federation (WTCF) we are glad to welcome all participants, guests and organizers of the 27th International Tourist Exhibition UITM’2021 – Ukraine International Travel Market.

The COVID-19 pandemic has not changed people's love for tourism, but has given rise to a new model of decentralized, personalized, customized and reservation-based tourism, bringing new opportunities for the rebuilding of tourism and economic recovery. Tourism professionals in all countries need to act proactively and strive to innovate, in order to jointly create favorable conditions for the industry's recovery.

We are convinced that «tourism makes the cities’ life better. Today the rebuilding of the tourism industry is not simply starting all over again, rather, transformation and upgrading is the general trend.

Our common target is to promote exchange and cooperation between cities and countries in the tourism sector, strengthen international ties and contribute to the economic and social development of cities around the world. Despite the fact that the pandemic continues, we hope for the development of world tourism, and UITM'2021 is one of the platforms that brings together specialists from all over the market to exchange ideas, find new solutions and create opportunities for cooperation between cities and countries.

I am confident that UITM'2021 will be held at the high level and will become an effective tool for business development of the entire tourist community. I wish the organizers, participants and guests to establish new professional contacts and achieve all their goals.
