Since March 22, 2021 in accordance with the resolution of The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine all passengers arriving in Ukraine from any point of origin must hold a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate for a test taken no more than 72 hours before border crossing in Ukraine.

Amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2020 № 1236
The travelers will be required:

a negative result from a PCR test made within the last 72 hours before the arrival, which gives an exemption from quarantine.

The certificate must be a Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test. Other test certificates including antibody tests and home testing kits are not accepted in Ukraine. Travelers must bring an official, printed certificate in English to check in – SMS and digital certificates are not accepted.

a certificate of medical insurance covering 14 days of observation and COVID-19 treatment is also required.
