SkyUp intends to increase the share of regular flights to 40%

SkyUp strategy provides for an increase in 2019 of regular flights share to 40% of the total passenger traffic of the airline, SkyUp CEO Yevgeny Khaynatsky said.

So the head of the airline commented on the launch on April 26 of three regular flights from Kyiv to Naples, Alicante and Tenerife.
Flights to Alicante will be operated four times a week, to Tenerife and Naples - twice a week.
SkyUp began flights in May 2018, carrying out charter flights commissioned by the affiliate tour operator Join UP!. In December 2018, the airline made its first regular flights from Kyiv to Tbilisi, Sofia, Poprad and Barcelona.
At the end of May 2019, SkyUp intends to make the first regular domestic flights from Kyiv to Odessa, and at the beginning of June from Kharkov to Odessa. One-way tickets are sold at a price of 500 UAH, including fees.
According to a study by avianews.com, SkyUp is the owner of the youngest fleet among Ukrainian airlines. Taking into account the forthcoming receipt of the eighth aircraft, the average age of the air carrier fleet will be 11.5 years.
